The Baltic Development Academy is focused on serving the development of competences of industry employees. As a training department, Baltic Operator continues the traditions of the Gdańsk Shipyard Training Group, a long-time leader in educating welders and fitters in Pomerania, and above all, wants to set new trends in the development of the construction and shipbuilding sector.

The mission of the Academy is to promote employment in the industrial sector and to spread the idea of ​​individual development in this type of positions. The Academy’s goal is to popularize lifelong learning and emphasizes the importance of professional development by providing high-quality education, tailored to the needs of both those interested and the dynamically changing market.

Baltic Operator places particular emphasis on occupational health and safety. In a modern production plant that wants to enter the international market, compliance with safety rules is of great importance. The Academy’s priority is to make employees aware of its benefits.

Academy Shipyard academy

EU funding

GSG Towers Sp. z o. o. obtained funding for the project entitled “Establishment of a new production plant for “onshore” and “offshore” wind towers under sub-measure 4.5.1 Support for investments in the production sector of measure 4.5 Support for investments of high importance for the economy of priority axis 4 Investments in innovative undertakings of the Innovative Economy Operational Program, 2007-2013 The value of the implemented project is PLN 178,357,496.16, and the amount of funding obtained under this project was PLN 48,147,799.80.

Baltic Operator Sp. z o. o. obtained funding for the project entitled “Development and implementation of a model expert system based on the advanced UT/Phased-Array (UT/PA) system for monitoring the production process and diagnostics of large-size welded steel structures off-shore and on-shore intended for the maritime industry” under the Smart Growth Operational Program 2014 -2020 (priority axis Increasing scientific and research potential, measure Scientific research and development work, sub-measure 4.1.4 Application projects). The project is being implemented from September 2020 to February 2023 in cooperation with the Institute of Fundamental Problems of Technology of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw and the AGH University of Science and Technology. Stanisław Staszic in Krakow. The value of the implemented project is estimated at PLN 5,073,512.68, and the funding obtained from the National Center for Research and Development under this project will amount to PLN 3,727,581.56.

Obecnie realizowane są prace nad wdrożeniem długoterminowej strategii działania Grupy Przemysłowej Baltic (należącej do grupy kapitałowej Agencji Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A.), w skład której wchodzi m.in. Baltic Operator. W dniu 26 listopada 2020 r. Spółki tworzące Grupę Przemysłową Baltic zawarły wewnątrzgrupową umowę świadczenia usług, na podstawie której funkcje dotyczące m.in. doradztwa strategicznego, zarządzania, audytu, handlu i kontraktacji, szeroko rozumianych finansów i kontrolingu, obsługi prawnej oraz informatyczne świadczone realizowane są przez Grupę Przemysłową Baltic dla Spółek zależnych, w tym Baltic Operator Sp. z o.o.

W ramach ww umowy realizowane są takie jakie usługi jak: składanie deklaracji podatkowych, zarządzanie płynnością Spółki, w tym terminową realizacją płatności zobowiązań z tyt. podatków, ceł, ubezpieczeń społecznych oraz innych opłat.

W 2022 r. Spółka nie prowadziła dobrowolnej formy współpracy z organami Krajowej Administracji Skarbowej.
W 2022 r. Spółka przekazywała Szefowi Krajowej Administracji Skarbowej informacji o schematach podatkowych o których mowa w art. 86a § 1 pkt 10 Ordynacji podatkowej.
W 2022 r. Spółka dokonała następujących transakcji z podmiotami powiązanymi w rozumieniu art. 11a ust. 1 pkt 4 Ustawy o podatku dochodowym od osób prawnych:
a) w dniu 8 września 2021 roku Nadzwyczajne Zgromadzenia Wspólników BO podjęło uchwałę o podwyższeniu kapitału zakładowego poprzez utworzenie 180 000 nowych udziałów o wartości nominalnej po 50,00 PLN każdy, o łącznej wartości nominalnej 9 000 000 PLN, które zostały przeznaczone do objęcia przez spółkę Grupa Przemysłowa Baltic sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Gdańsku przy ul. Na Ostrowiu 15/20 80-873 Gdańsk, która pokryła je wkładem pieniężnym w wysokości 73 562 528,86 oraz konwersją długów na kapitał w wysokości 16 437 471,14 PLN.
b) spółka w 2022 r. dzierżawiła Przedsiębiorstwo od Stoczni Gdańskiej Sp. z o.o. Wartość transakcji wyniosła 23 914 541,28 zł.
c) spółka w dniu 19 kwietnia 2019 r. udzieliła Stoczni Gdańskiej Sp. z o.o. pożyczki o wartości 32 580 507,00 zł. W 2022 r. odsetki naliczone od ww pożyczki wyniosły 1 724 283,84,68 zł.
d) w związku z realizowanymi i planowanymi kontraktami Spółka jest zobowiązana do przedkładania kontrahentom różnego rodzaju gwarancji, które są poręczane przez Agencję Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie przy ul. Nowy Świat 6/12, 00-400 Warszawa. W 2022 r. maksymalny limit wartości poręczeń otrzymanych od Agencji Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A. wyniosła 50 000 000,00 zł.

Spółka jest w trakcie uczestniczenia w tworzeniu długoterminowej strategii działania Grupy Przemysłowej Baltic, nie mniej jednak trudno w tym momencie ocenić potencjalny wpływ tych działań na zobowiązania podatkowe podatnika w przyszłości.
Spółka nie składała w 2022 r. wniosków o wydanie ogólnej interpretacji podatkowej, o której mowa w art. 14a § 1 Ordynacji podatkowej.
Spółka nie składała w 2022 r. wniosków o wydanie interpretacji przepisów prawa podatkowego, o której mowa w art. 14b Ordynacji podatkowej.
Spółka nie składała w 2022 r. wniosków o wydanie wiążącej informacji stawkowej, o której mowa w art. 42a ustawy o podatku od towarów i usług.
Spółka nie składała w 2022 r. wniosków o wydanie wiążącej informacji akcyzowej, o której mowa w art. 7d ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 6 grudnia 2008 r. o podatku akcyzowym (Dz. U. z 2020 r. poz. 722, z późn. zm.)
Spółka nie dokonywała w 2022 r. rozliczeń podatkowych na terytoriach lub w krajach stosujących szkodliwą konkurencję podatkową wskazanych w aktach wykonawczych wydanych na podstawie art. 11j ust. 2 Ustawy o podatku dochodowym od osób prawnych.
