Baltic Operator with innovations at the conference in Szczecin

On May 17, 2024, a scientific conference was held at the University of Szczecin entitled: Generative Artificial Intelligence – a creative or destructive force? Among competent representatives of the world of science and business, Baltic Operator employees presented the results of the implemented project co-financed by the National Center for Research and Development.

Our speech entitled “Application of artificial intelligence for processing digital ultrasonic images in the shipbuilding industry” was received with interest. The presented results of the usefulness and benefits of using artificial intelligence for advanced testing of the quality of welded joints of large-size structures did not raise any doubts, just as the previous assessment of NCBR experts was positive. The results obtained have scientific and business value, as they provide opportunities to gain a competitive advantage on the international shipbuilding market
